With a large existing sales team across the UK, this additional Business Development Manager vacancy has been given the green light.

The Position

This Business Development Manager position represents an opportunity to be part of a long established multinational. Traditionally, while handling the sales process 360, this field-based BDM role would have seen you conduct 15-20 meetings weekly with SME / Mid-Market clients. This organisation adapted quickly to the current crisis, enabling most sales processes to be conducted over the phone / online. With 3-5 leads provided daily, there are plenty of opportunities to win business plus referrals and as seen, to exceed targets with increased earnings. You will naturally evolve back into a true field based, new business hunter in time.

Experience Required

  • A proven track record in both new business development and achievement against set sales targets

  • The ability to self-generate a sales pipeline

  • A clear, consultative sales manner with the ability to understand a clients needs and expectations

  • The ability to work autonomously, with full control over daily activities

  • A desire for continued professional development

On Offer for the Successful Applicant

As this team continues to grow, top performers will be presented with Sales Management opportunities or options for senior level sales roles. Base salary is £35k plus benefits package including Company Car, superannuation scheme and health care.  Although your OTE is listed at circa £60k, there is the opportunity to earn much more with an uncapped commission structure, examples of this taking place within the current sales team will be discussed at interview stage.
