This large global player in payments, fraud management & POS/e-comm solutions has an aggressive growth strategy here in Europe, as such a new Relationship Manager role has been created to help grow & retain an existing portfolio.
This Relationship Manager position is heavily weighted towards the management of a handful of strategic ISO resellers & referral partners across the UK. The final make up of your portfolio will depend heavily on your own experience and knowledge, but given the core focus will be on creating additional revenue streams within the portfolio, or optimising referral programs, an almost new business approach in managing your portfolio is needed.
Given your portfolio contains strategic accounts, Relationship / Account / Partner Management experience within payment processing is a must, be it reseller / referral partners or end user accounts.
A track record in proactively developing your accounts rather than just babysitting a portfolio
Will not shy away from sharing new ideas or strategies with the team
The ability to work autonomously, with full control over daily activities
A desire for continued professional development

This Relationship Manager position is unique in that you are part of something fresh while taking a proven technology to market and within a very stable global brand. As this team grows over the next 12-18 months, you will be presented with future options for advancement, role diversification and potential global relocation. Indications for base salary are circa £50k-£60k, with circa £30k in commissions and car allowance / benefits package.
